Once you have placed your order, you can make payment through PayPal or via Credit Card. All orders are processed once payment has been cleared. Sadly, we don’t take baked goods as payment.
Refunds & returns
Please take the time to choose carefully as we do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind once you place your order. We really do think you’ll love your products!
If our high-quality standards (really high, super high) have accidentally let a faulty product slip through the cracks, we will of course organise a replacement for you. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues regarding the quality of your products.
Images on our website may appear slightly differently to the actual products themselves (screen viewing tends to do that!), but we do our best to make sure our photography is as representative as possible. We also make sure that our product details, sizes and specifications are all communicated clearly on our website.
